pt999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pt999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pt999 gaming operator, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and authorised agents.
• "Platform" means the pt999 website accessible at pt999.onl, together with any associated mobile applications, APIs, and related digital services.
• "You", "User", "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the account denomination currency on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, free bets, or promotional incentives credited to a User's account as part of a pt999 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wagering turnover a User must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn from the Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by pt999 in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to online gaming services is unlawful or where pt999 does not hold the required regulatory approvals to operate.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute includes subsequent amendments to that statute.

To register and maintain an Account on the pt999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions on a continuous basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had a pt999 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion programme, voluntary or mandatory, applicable to online gaming platforms.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the pt999 registration form accurately and in full, providing your real name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, current, and complete.

pt999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration of an Account does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

KYC Verification

pt999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before permitting withdrawals or at any other time determined by our compliance team. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address not older than three months. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pt999 may result in account restrictions or suspension.

As a registered User of the pt999 Platform, you undertake the following obligations at all times:

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. pt999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You agree to notify pt999 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

Single Account Rule

Each User is permitted to hold only one active pt999 Account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where pt999 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein, including both real-money and bonus funds.

Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. In the event of a change to your name, address, email, or mobile number, you must update your account details promptly. pt999 is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

Accepted Payment Methods

pt999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. pt999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided through the Platform.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pt999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which pt999 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by pt999's payment systems.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the details on your pt999 Account.
• pt999 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 60 seconds during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must be fully wagered before a withdrawal of the bonus-related portion of your balance may be processed.
• pt999 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of anti-money laundering or KYC checks, as required under applicable international compliance standards.

pt999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-season promotions denominated in PKR. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus offers are available only to Users who are 21 years of age or older and whose Accounts are in good standing at the time the offer is claimed.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per User, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each individual bonus. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are displayed in the promotions section of the Platform. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• pt999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and accepted, the terms in effect at the time of crediting shall apply.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Specific terms and conditions for individual promotions, including PSL betting boosts, Eid bonus offers, and Friday reload promotions, will be communicated via the Platform's promotions page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the pt999 Platform, you agree to be bound by the specific game and betting rules applicable to that product, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and accessible within the relevant game interface or sportsbook module.

Sportsbook

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pt999 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet is suspected to be based on privileged or non-public information, or where the stake exceeds the applicable betting limit for the relevant market. In-play bets are accepted until the in-play market is suspended; bets placed after a market suspension are void.

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's settling rules published on the Platform. In the absence of specific rules, bets on events that do not reach a natural conclusion within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash-style games such as Mines, use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or technical fault that renders the outcome of a game uncertain or incorrect, pt999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error will be deemed void and will not be paid.

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the pt999 Platform, engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of your relationship with pt999.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform simultaneously or at any time.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, spider, scraper, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Exploiting any software bug, loophole, technical error, or pricing inefficiency on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed via the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Users or with pt999 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any pt999 employee, customer support agent, or other User of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code or underlying logic of the Platform.

pt999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have invested in tools and resources to help our Users maintain control over their gaming activity at all times.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pt999 Users free of charge, accessible directly from the Account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.

All content on the pt999 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, user interface designs, game assets, text, and multimedia content, is the exclusive intellectual property of pt999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pt999.
• Use the pt999 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorised use of pt999's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pt999, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or reputation, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the use of the Platform by an unauthorised third party accessing your Account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Errors in odds, pricing, or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, provided that pt999 acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pt999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, pt999's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pt999 holds its primary gaming licence.

Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the pt999 Platform, service, or your Account, you should first contact pt999 customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pt999 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.

Where a complaint relates to the outcome of a specific game or bet, pt999's decision, reached following a review of all available technical logs and game data, shall be final and binding, subject to the escalation procedure described below.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with pt999's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pt999's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from our support team. You agree that this dispute resolution procedure shall be your exclusive remedy for disputes with pt999 and that you waive any right to commence court proceedings save as permitted by the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

pt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — pt999 will provide reasonable advance notice of the changes via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 14 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

For minor amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to maintain legal compliance — pt999 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the pt999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending bonus wagering obligations or compliance holds.

These Terms, together with the pt999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pt999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
